The station has come about through the work of London sound-systems, squatters and people involved in DIY culture. uncut.FM is distinct from other stations in that it is strictly not-for-profit - we don't run any commercial advertisements. This is an open-minded project with a policy of experimental programming specialising in free-party music, political news and alternative arts & culture. www.uncut.fm hosts an online community of listeners and supporters from around the globe with forums and user submitted reviews and listings. Our energy is directed into providing a unique platform for expression on the London airwaves whilst reaching out to an international audience through the web.
